* UPDATE AFTER OWNER LIED UNDER HERE* This response is simply not true. I’ve been ordering the exact same Buy One Get One brownie sundae from your business for months, and every single time I’ve received two separate containers, each with its own brownie and ice cream. This wasn’t a new order or a misunderstanding on my part. I even came back to your store after this happened, and your staff acknowledged that a mistake was made. So it’s disappointing to see you come on here and claim that my order was “exactly what I ordered” when that’s not what happened. If this was simply a packaging mistake, I would have appreciated an honest acknowledgment instead of a response that misrepresents the situation. Taking accountability goes much further than denying what actually occurred. I’ve supported your business for a long time, and this response is far more disappointing than the mistake itself. I'm extremely frustrated with my experience. The fact that I have to come all the way back up here because my other sundae and ice cream were left out is unacceptable. I have been twice since they started their soft openings and I will definitely be back again! We tried the banana scream pie, Dubai strawberries, and several ice cream flavors and everything was great. The ice cream is the big star, super creamy and great flavors (my favorites so far are blueberry cheesecake and cookie butter crunch) and can’t wait to try more.

Absolutely enjoyed my order. I’ve been ordering here for a while now but recently I ordered and it looked like I got a third of the usual portion size. I’m not sure if they didn’t see the order correctly (large), but please be careful going forward. I like this place and I’ve recommended multiple persons. I also have multiple menu items that I enjoy. Below are images of my regular portioned orders (don’t recall the size for this one) but the one I got was waaay less.

Stopped in with my boyfriend who has been here previously and I got the Biscoff Sundae Creation add chocolate sauce and now I’m hooked. It’s my biggest weakness every time I’m in the area and think about it often. Stopped in tonight and as always it was incredible. Not only is their product amazing but the service is always incredible too. Super friendly and even when they are busy, they are always fast and pleasant.

I'm so glad that I was finally able to take my girls today. We love exploring new ice cream hot spots and the ice cream at Ice Screamin was exceptional! There were a variety of flavors and dessert options, which means we'll have to go back to try different ones. We got two scoops of ice cream in a cup and created our own combination of ice cream with toppings. All was delicious!! The staff were friendly. We were immediately greeted, allowed to taste different ice cream, and had our questions answered. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the desserts with family and friends. Until the next time!!
